Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Feel free to change or cancel your plan whenever you like by going to your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing term.
How can I upgrade from the Free Plan to the Pro Plan?
You can upgrade to a paid plan directly from your workspace or by clicking the 'Upgrade' button. Simply choose the plan that suits your needs and follow the prompts to complete the upgrade.
What kind of support does each plan include?
All plans come with basic support via email. The Team Plan includes priority support, while the Custom Plan offers dedicated support from a designated account manager.
How can I cancel my plan?
You can go to 'Workspace – Subscription' to find the option to cancel your subscription.
How is payment handled?
We use Stripe as our payment processor. This means that all payment information is handled directly by Stripe when you make a payment, and Vizard does not have access to your credit card details.
